I've been both a coach and a client of coaching. Meaning I've been on both sides of the experience of coaching.

I have much to offer to someone needing an empathic and caring ear. I have a wealth of life experience. I'm a fantastic sounding board, creative problem solver, guide and mentor. I'd love to support you wherever you are to achieve your goals (inside and outside).

As an empath and a creative, I am able to connect to the emotions of others. I enjoy supporting people through emotional processes. I also have studied numerology and astrology and I like to work with these tools at times. In these sessions we work with presence, emotions and sound to support you.

I offer singing and songwriting lessons.

I've been singing since I was a child, and in my teens I started taking singing more seriously and began lessons, and voice recording. I struggled with songwriting until me 20s until I learned more about the songwriting process. In my 30s I had a breakthrough exploring live improv songwriting. 
This is my greatest love and passion.
