Resistance is the same

As attachment

Holding us back

From flow

And ease

Trust.

Yet being in the body fully

Breathing

Surrendering

To this now moment

The only moment

That matters

Is freedom.

Accepting

Embracing

Welcoming

All sensations

And all that arises

Giving the mind

A new job

To focus

On the in-breath

and out-breath

Feeling rather than trying

Is the secret.

Following rhythmically

Without pushing

Without pulling

Noticing

Where the breath gets stuck

Where tension,

Constriction stops flow

Stops life

Where thoughts distract

Where thoughts lead to reaction

And keeps us from truth

Seeing that beliefs

are but repeated thoughts

And fears

are just imagined horrors.

And without effort

Continuing to breathe

Inviting the mind

to join the body

In each precious moment

Coming back to center

Spine straight

Grounded

Staying here

No-where to go

Now-here
