Stealing from me

In every moment I wallow

In it's quicksand

And get stuck replaying

Old stories

Believing thoughts

That I am

Or something about me is

Too much

Too little

Disgusting

Wrong

Bad

Terrible

Something to hide

Something to supress

Something to squash to death

Tying up all my energy

In doing just that

Losing

Stealing the beauty

The truth

The freedom

Of this moment

And the truth of

who I really am.
